Film Critic
Hi Y Achievers! Today we are going to not only learn about being a film or movie critic, but also create our own movie review to share with the community.
To start, we need to think of a movie we have watched recently, or learn about a new film coming out by watching a movie trailer. Choose one of the two movie websites below if you would like to use a new movie coming out soon and watch the trailer.
Once you have watched the trailers and decided what movie you will review, complete the Movie Review worksheet for one movie, share it with one other Y Achiever, and then turn it in to Mr. Zach or Ms. Jen!
BONUS:
Can you name one or both of the famous movie critics in this picture? If so, share your answer in the comments. 2 points for each correct name. 5 points if you include the phrase they made famous.
EXPLORE!
This is our time to see new things, try new experiences and just get a little crazy. Take your time to explore these websites and have some fun!!

Money Matters
Certain math skills are a part of everyday life. Today we are going to begin to plan for our future by learning some money management skills. This requires basic addition and subtraction skills. When we earn money, like in Y Achievers, we must make responsible choices, and we have some decision-making opportunities.

Please explain what the item is, why you want it and how long you think it will take you to save your money and what you may have to give up now, in order to get the item.
